    • Worked with a fellow council member to launch Mountain View’s first official Facebook page
    • Co-created the Mountain View Messenger newsletter
      • Provided the town’s first regular, town-wide updates
      • Laid the foundation for expanded communication now carried forward in the Neighborhood Gazette with dedicated Mountain View coverage
    • Helped lead a resident survey and presented results publicly to guide Council priorities
    • Took part in organizing town-wide cleanup events that brought residents together in service of the community
